Terms of service

Last updated 27 October 2026. These terms apply to loogika.com and the Loogika service at app.loogika.com.

1. Who we are and who these terms are for

The service is provided by Norse Digital Group LLC, 30 N Gould St 56325, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Loogika", "we", "us"). Loogika is intended for businesses, agencies and other professionals. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. The service

Loogika is a cookieless web analytics service that also shows your Google Search Console keywords next to your traffic. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan offers, we tell you in advance by email.

3. Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of team members you invite. Tell us promptly at hello@loogika.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can also try Loogika without an account by entering a website address. That creates a temporary dashboard, which anyone who has its private link can open. Keep the link to yourself. We delete the dashboard and its data after 24 hours unless you keep it by starting a trial, and you may only create one for a website you own or are allowed to measure.

4. Free trial, plans and payment

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Loogika to break the law or to collect data without a legal basis. In particular:

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk, and we will try to tell you first when it is practical.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into Loogika and the data collected about your websites. You give us the right to process it to provide the service. For personal data about your website visitors, you are the controller and we are your processor, as described in the privacy policy, and we will sign a data processing agreement on request. You can ask us for a copy or for deletion at any time.

7. Our software and open source

Loogika is built on open-source software that is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. Those licence terms apply to that software and its source code, which we make available on request at hello@loogika.com. Our name, logo and brand are ours, and these terms give you no right to use them.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance. Support is by email at hello@loogika.com.

9. No other warranties

Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided "as is". Analytics depend on how your visitors' browsers behave and on data from third parties such as search engines, so we cannot guarantee that the figures are complete or error-free.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, and consumers keep the rights that the mandatory law of their country gives them.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. After the agreement ends we delete your data as described in the privacy policy, except what we must keep by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that affect you we give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are decided by the courts of Wyoming. This does not take away any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
