Privacy policy

Last updated 19 October 2026. This policy covers loogika.com and the waitlist. It does not cover the Loogika app, which has its own terms when it opens.

Who is responsible

Norse Digital Group LLC, 30 N Gould St 56325, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is the controller for the data described here. Contact us about your data at hello@loogika.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist. Your email address, the time you agreed, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the status of your sign-up (waiting for confirmation or confirmed).
• Abuse protection. When you submit the form, we keep a keyed hash of your IP address and a counter for one day. We cannot turn the hash back into your IP address. We use it to limit how often one connection can submit the form.
• Server logs. Our web server logs the time, IP address, requested page, status code and browser identifier of each request. We keep these logs for 30 days.

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads nothing from other domains.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To send you one message to confirm your address and one message when Loogika opens. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)).
• To protect the form against abuse and keep the site secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).

How the confirmation works

After you submit the form, we send a link to the address you gave. You join the list only when you open the link and confirm. If you do not confirm, we delete the address after 14 days.

How long we keep it

We keep a confirmed address until we have sent you the launch message, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. We then delete it. Hashed IP counters are deleted after one day.

Who receives it

We host the site on a server in Oslo, Norway. We use an email delivery service to send the two messages. These providers process your data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and a copy of the data you gave us. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send contains a link that removes you from the list. You can also write to hello@loogika.com. Withdrawing does not affect the processing we did before. You can complain to your national data protection authority. In Norway, that is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we update the date above.
